Shaiya Elarion is a two‑faction MMORPG (Alliance of Light vs Union of Fury) with quests, dungeons, bosses and large‑scale PvP.

Alliance of Light: Fighter, Defender, Ranger, Archer, Priest, Mage.
Union of Fury: Warrior, Guardian, Assassin, Hunter, Oracle, Pagan.

Yes. It’s free to download and play.

  1. Install the launcher from Download (Run as Administrator).
  2. Create an account via Register and log in.
  3. Pick your faction/class and follow onboarding quests.

Check your registration email. If you still need help, contact support@shaiyaelarion.com with your username.

Send an appeal with your username, date, screenshots and explanation to support.

Usually a DNS cache / stale IP issue. Try:
  1. Win → CMD → ipconfig /flushdns → Enter.
  2. Disable & re‑enable your network adapter.
  3. Restart your modem/router.

Often caused by firewall/antivirus. Fix:
  • Allowlist the launcher and game in your security software.
  • Run as Administrator.
  • Add the folder as an exception, then try again.

  • Use Repair/Verify in the launcher (if available).
  • Clear temporary files; restart the launcher.
  • Ensure enough disk space and write permissions.

Shaiya Points (SP) are for in‑game premium items. They are non‑refundable/non‑transferable.

Purchases may be under a security hold (min. 24h). If it doesn’t arrive after 24h, contact support with proof of payment.

Verify card details, enable 3D Secure and check limits; try another method if possible. If issues persist, contact support.
