Digital Goods
Shaiya Points (SP) and in‑game items are digital goods delivered to your account. Once delivered, they are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
Delivery & Security Hold
- Payments may be subject to a fraud‑prevention hold by the processor (minimum 24 hours).
- If SP has not arrived after 24 hours, contact support with proof of payment.
When Refunds May Apply
- Duplicate charges (confirmed by the processor).
- Unauthorized payments proven by the account owner.
- Failed delivery beyond a reasonable time after processor approval.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback will trigger an account review and may lead to temporary suspension. Please contact support first to resolve payment issues.
